Terms of Service

Artist Growth System provides hosted software for artists to publish a studio website, sell originals and prints, manage commissions, and keep collector records. Features and plan limits may change as the platform develops; we will not remove a core capability of your plan without notice.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for anyone you invite into your studio. Accounts are for a named person or studio, not for resale or sharing across unrelated businesses.

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies in your location. We will give notice before a price change takes effect on your plan.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your studio stays live until the end of the paid period, after which the site is unpublished. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Export your content before the period ends; we keep it briefly afterwards, then delete it.

You keep all rights to the artwork, images, and text you publish through the platform. You grant us only the licence needed to host, display, back up, and deliver that content as part of running your studio site, and to show it in the AGS directory and shared gallery if you have opted in.

You confirm you have the rights to publish what you upload, including work by other makers in a collection you represent.

Orders placed on your studio site are contracts between you and your buyer. You set prices, fulfilment, and returns policy, and are responsible for delivering what you sell. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms, and payouts follow your connected Stripe account.

Do not use the platform to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material, to misrepresent the authorship or provenance of a work, to disrupt the service, or to send unsolicited bulk email through our sending infrastructure. Community spaces such as the AI & Art Forum are open to every kind of practice; abuse, harassment, and spam are not permitted. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

We work to keep the platform available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artist Growth System is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
